Return Policy

We want you to love your Rengo products. Pretty simple, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order as long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges placed online at any of our store locations, and in-store purchases cannot be returned via our online portal. Thursday Seconds are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Socks that have been tried on or shoe care items that have been opened are not eligible to be returned for a business, refund, or store credit. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased from Rengo Crafts.

Extended Holiday Return Window

We want you to give the gift of Rengo with confidence, which is why we offer an extended holiday return window for purchases made between November 1st, 2023, and December 31st, 2023. Any purchases made during this time may be returned or exchanged through January 31st, 2024, as long as they meet the conditions of a standard return.

Timing

Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 15 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact us.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over 400$. We also provide free return shipping for items valued at $200 or more – including footwear, jackets, bags, and belts – shipped within the contiguous U.S. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2 pm ET will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. Rengo Crafts does not cover international shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your Orders arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order cancellations may be subject to a fee of $10.60.

Please note that we cannot currently accommodate order changes or cancellations for Pet products.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Once verified by the carrier, we will replace any lost or damaged goods in transit with a full store credit or replacement of the original order. Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.

International Shipping & Returns

Defective/Flawed Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaws, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Rengo Crafts does not cover unauthorized third-party purchases.

Repeated Returns

We offer free shipping & returns to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the addition of a shipping charge, restocking fees for future returns, or future orders being refused.

Final Sale

Any items purchased as final sales may not be returned or exchanged.
